  • If you're not sure about your Building Sum Insured please head over here for links to resources that can help including the Cordell Building Calculator. 

  • Loss of Rent is a lower cost optional benefit you should consider if your tenant needed to vacate following an insured event and was no longer required to pay rent. 

  • Loss of Rent is usually included within your Residential Strata Insurance for units and may not be required 

  • Rent Default is an optional benefit that can protect your rental income if the tenant defaults on their payments

  • Most of our policies provide an automatic $10,000 Contents cover when you take out Building Insurance so if this is all you require we may be able to insure the building only.
