At Macedon Ranges Insurance we provide highly qualified advice, excellent customer service, and assist with the purchase of insurance products suitable for your needs.

 

We can get the job done in a matter of minutes if need be, but in most cases we prefer to have a chat first, send through some options and make sure you are purchasing a product that will do the job.

Our mission is to provide quality advice about general insurance products to anyone who needs it, so you never have to be concerned about contacting us.

 How does it work? 

  1. We find out what you’re looking for and ask for information that the insurers will need

  2. You leave us to do all the running around and then we'll present you with options and recommendations 

  3. You come back to us with any questions or decide to go ahead 

  4. We arrange cover and help you with any paperwork, including monthly payment options if that's something you need. 

 How long does it take? 

We aim to respond to all quote requests within 3 business days.

 

Sometimes we can respond the same day, other times we may take a little longer if the risk is more complex and we need to approach specialty underwriters, but we'll keep you informed throughout the process.

If you need something urgently please give us a call and we'll try and assist you straight away. 

​

And if you're someone who needs to take their time and review things carefully and ask a lot of questions, we will answer them and we won't rush you to make a decision.

We will work with you at your pace.

 How much does it cost? 

​

The quoting process is provided at no charge, you don’t pay anything unless you proceed with purchasing a product.

 

We do receive a commission on all retail insurance products such as home and car insurance, but this will never influence which products we recommend.

Monthly payment options are available.
